Premium bedding: The moment I laid my head on the plush pillows and wrapped myself in the soft sheets, it felt like sleeping on a cloud.
Rude employee at reception.

Located in the heart of the city, this accommodation is perfect for exploring all the best attractions. Just a short walk to the Grand Synagogue bus stop, you can easily explore the area. Convenience is a plus point for this place. Easily accessible to all the beaches at the end Allenby road, which makes it much easier to get around. the room is comfortable and clean with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. the service is great with friendly staff always ready to help with your needs.
Some minor improvements could be made to the shower room.

the location was fantastic. It was close to everything downtown, including the Grand Synagogue bus stop and all the beautiful beaches along Allenby Road. Being near the seaside was a huge plus. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made sure that all my basic amenities were taken care of, and I especially appreciated the good WiFi connection. Lastly, the breakfast was simply superb. The food spread was lovely and I found it to be great value for money. I also loved the terrace where I could enjoy my meal. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely consider staying here again.
Everything was taken care of, nothing to complain about.

The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was well-designed. The hotel was located in a great area, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, and a short walk to the beach. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff, who were always ready to assist with any request.
There were a few negatives during my stay. The walls of the room were bare and lacked decoration, which made the room feel a bit empty.

There was one aspect that could be improved, and that is the soundproofing in the rooms.

I always return to this hotel because it has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, laundry, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle. The staff even helped me with currency tips during my first stay. I'll be coming back for New Year's.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. From the daily cleaning to the modern and working kitchen equipments, everything was spotless and well-organized. We loved the afternoon wine, cheese and cookies served in the lobby, and the desserts served every night. The hotel's location is perfect - near nice restaurants and bars, the Grand Synagogue bus stop, and even the seaside. Staff was friendly and always quick to lend a helping hand.
Can't fault anything about this hotel. Everything was perfect.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Tel Aviv. The location was perfect - situated in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It was also easy to find and had great access to public transportation. The staff at the hotel were exceptional - friendly and responsive to all of our needs. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and even allowed us to store our luggage when we had a late check-out. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with basic amenities provided. I especially enjoyed the wonderful terrace, which offered a great view of the surroundings. The wifi was also reliable and fast, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
There was one small area that could use improvement, but overall, everything was more than satisfactory.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
